Research On Integrating Red Cultural Resources Into Young Pioneers Activities

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the work of the Young Pioneers.In 2021,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work of the Young Pioneers in the New Era" emphasized that the work of the Young Pioneers should highlight practice education.Red cultural resources are rooted in the land of China,and contain rich practical experience.As an indispensable part of the activities of the Young Pioneers,red cultural resources are of great value in cultivating the core socialist values,ideals and beliefs,and social responsibility of the Young Pioneers.Exploring the paths and strategies for integrating red cultural resources into the activities of the Young Pioneers is of great significance in creating a new system of systematic,scientific and complete Young Pioneers activities.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation of the integration of red cultural resources into the activities of the Young Pioneers and to analyze the factors influencing their integration.The questionnaire contains the degree of knowledge,attitude and situation of the integration of red cultural resources into the activities of the Young Pioneers.One-to-one interviews were conducted with Young Pioneer counsellors and relevant teachers to understand the preparation,implementation and summary evaluation aspects of the activities.According to the survey,the more the Young Pioneers know about the red cultural resources,the more they like the red cultural resources,and the more willing they are to participate in the Young Pioneers activities of red cultural resources.The factors affecting the integration of red cultural resources into Young Pioneers activities mainly include eight aspects: activity objectives,red cultural resources,young pioneers,young pioneers counselors,activity community,activity environment,activity organization and implementation,activity summary and evaluation.Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the integration of red cultural resources into the Young Pioneers activities,this paper proposes paths and strategies,based on a synthesis of relevant literature and the findings of this study.The paths of integrating red cultural resources into the activities of Young Pioneers are as follows:oriented by the goals of activities;make full use of various red cultural resources;activity environment creation;pay attention to the inner emotional experience of Young Pioneers;forms of innovative activities;establish a multiple evaluation system.The strategies are as follows: establish the joint education mechanism of school,family and society;combination of explicit education and implicit education;promoting equal opportunities for participation of Young Pioneers;improving the organization of School Young Pioneers Working Committee;strengthen the development of relevant activities curriculum.
