| The China young pioneers,a mass organization for children and young people founded and led by the Communist Party of China,is an important carrier for safeguarding and carrying out the young pioneers’ activities.Young pioneers’ activities is the most significant way for the young pioneers to carry out the education on children and youth’s organizational awareness.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "Under the background of a cultural power,we should pay attention to play the subtle role of culture so as to realize the effect of entering the room of Chiffonier to be scented." Campus culture is an important part of Chinese culture and social culture.Thus,it is necessary to make full use of campus cultural resources in young pioneers’ activities,maximize the education of campus cultural resources,innovate the form of pioneers’ activities,enrich the content of pioneer activities,improve the quality of pioneer activities,and promote the development of pioneers’ members in all aspects.Based on this background,from the combination of campus cultural resources and the activities of the young pioneers,this research explores the current situation of the application of campus cultural resources in pioneers’ activities,identifies the existing and derived problems.Besides,it is essential to find corresponding solutions to the problems from various angles in order to maximize the function of campus culture and promote the healthy growth of children and youth.Taking the young pioneers counselors and young pioneers of two primary schools in Hohhot as research participants,this paper investigates the current status of campus cultural resources in the young pioneers ’activities from the cognition,frequency,form and effect through the questionnaire.The results show that the main team of the young Pioneers does not have a knowledge of the application on campus cultural resources in the young Pioneers activities.Also,the application of the campus cultural resources in the young pioneers activities is characterized as low frequency,steretypical form as well as unbalanced effect.The main reasons are as follows.Firstly,the school is short of attention and the construction of the counselor team is unstable.Secondly,the school fails to introduce new campus cultural resources in time and ignores the utality of campus resources.Thirdly,the school has an ambiguos understanding of campus cultural resources and does not work to the relevant regulatory agencies.Consequently,the solutions are proposed from four aspects.First of all,it is significant to optimize the construction of the young Pioneers counselors.Moreover,we had better guarantee the resource construction and improve the frequency of the resource utilization.Then,innovate the form in young pioneers activities.Last but not least,it is necessary to improve the evaluation system of campus cultural resources. |
