Research On Business Environment In Fengcheng City Of Jiangxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,the theoretical circle has not had a good solution to the problems in attracting investment.How to adjust the relationship between the government and the market is a prominent problem to be solved urgently at present.In 2003,the World Bank officially released its first Doing Business Report.As a key to promoting regional economic growth,the building of a business environment has gradually become a hot topic attracting high attention from the international media.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has repeatedly raised the issue of the business environment in terms of comprehensively deepening reforms and institutional innovation.Based on optimizing the business environment,we will comprehensively deepen reforms.It is necessary to strengthen confidence,formulate ideas for reform and development,strive to resolve outstanding contradictions,and innovate the stimulation of grass-roots reform.The county-level government is an important administrative unit for the construction of the business environment.It determines whether the "last mile" of the business environment is opened,which has an important impact on optimizing the business environment and promoting economic development.Fengcheng,as a county-level city,is in the crisis of transformation and upgrading,with slowing economic growth and weak market itself.Therefore,it is particularly important to optimize the operating environment.This paper will use the basic theory of "reshaping the government" with the new public service theory,from the perspective of Fengcheng,Jiangxi Province’s optimization of the county’s business environment,and carry out research through the following ideas,so as to provide suggestions for the construction of Fengcheng’s business environment Feasible suggestions: First,introduce the research significance,research background,basic concepts and related theories of county-level business environment,and determine the research methods and contents in combination with domestic and foreign frontier theoretical research directions.Then introduce the basic market conditions of Fengcheng and the existing measures and achievements of Fengcheng in optimizing the business environment.Through statistical investigation,collect and sort out relevant data,understand the problems existing in fengcheng’s business environment and analyze their causes.By referring to the experience of Kunshan in Jiangsu province focusing on high-quality development to build a promising government,Jiangyin in Jiangsu Province taking enterprise demand as the guidance to stimulate the vitality of the market itself,lishui in Zhejiang Province to optimize the rule of law environment,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the business environment of Fengcheng transform government service functions and optimize public service supply;Consolidate the foundation for economic development and energize the market;We will strengthen the rule of law environment and safeguard fair and orderly competition.
