Study On Grid Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Communities In Xiangshui Town,Xiangshui County

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the rural population is moving to cities and towns,and the transformation of people’s production and life style,the traditional rural community governance model has been difficult to meet the needs of the masses.As the end of urban system,rural community is an indispensable part of national governance system.Community grid governance originated in cities and has been widely used in urban communities,while grid governance in rural communities has just started.Xiangshui Town,Xiangshui County,located in northern Jiangsu Province,resolutely implements the call of the Party and comprehensively implements the model of "big data + grid + iron foot" in community governance,which has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems.This paper focuses on the solutions,hoping to help Xiangshui Town improve the level of rural community governance,and to provide reference for other towns with similar conditions for rural community grid governance.In this thesis,public management theories such as seamless government,fine management and new public services are applied,and methods such as literature research,interview and questionnaire survey are adopted.Firstly,the status quo and effectiveness of the implementation of grid governance in rural communities of Xiangshui Town are analyzed.Secondly,some problems existing in the implementation process are analyzed.Such as grid management system is imperfect,grid team comprehensive ability insufficiency,the diversification of main body participation is not high,it analyzes the cause of the problem again,such as single grid of rural community governance system,grid,teams do not have a high level of professional,diversified subject consciousness is weak,at the same time learning some domestic community grids management experience,finally,combined with the actual,The countermeasures to optimize the grid governance of rural communities in Xiangshui Town are put forward,such as perfecting the grid governance system,strengthening the grid team construction,strengthening the information platform construction,and encouraging the participation of diversified subjects.
