Research On Digital Governance Of Community Elderly Care Services In Yunyan District, Guiyang Cit

With the transformation of the family structure in our country and the deepening of the aging population,the community-based elderly care has become a issue.Relying on the construction of big data in Guizhou Province,digital governance provides a realistic possibility for the deep integration of digital and elderly care services in my country,which is conducive to creating accurate community elderly care services,forming a market-oriented,cross-border interconnected,and distinctive elderly care service system,and improving elderly care services.quality.Community is an important place for elderly care services in my country,mainly including two types of services: home-based elderly care and community-based elderly care.In order to achieve inclusive elderly care services and reduce financial pressure,the government encourages multiple entities to participate in the construction and supply of community elderly care services in the form of public construction and private construction,private construction and public assistance.In the context of digital governance,relying on the digital elderly care service platform,"digital elderly care" and "smart elderly care" have become innovative elderly care service models at this stage.In order to deeply analyze the digital governance of community elderly care services in Guiyang,understand the embedded depth of digital technology in community elderly care services,and whether elderly care services can achieve collaborative participation of multiple parties under the background of digital governance,this study conducted an on-the-spot investigation in Yunyan District,Guiyang City.Based on the practical situation of the community elderly care service center in the district,this research is carried out in accordance with the logical route of "problem insight-cause identification-strategy supply".The research results show that while the digital governance of community elderly care services improves the efficiency and convenience of elderly care services,it also generates a series of problems.For example,the elderly have certain cognitive deficiencies in digital elderly care services,the demands of elderly care needs have not met,and the digital advantages have not been effectively utilized in elderly care services.From a micro perspective,the specific manifestations are the lack of digital governance thinking,the homogenization of service supply methods,the formalization of digital governance supply,and the lack of open digital governance channels.The reason is that there are institutional vacancies,lack of talents,limited resources and lack of targeted policy guidance in community elderly care services in digital governance.Based on this,this study shows that system optimization,resource integration,digital literacy improvement,digital open platform of government and society,and coordinating the development of the digital elderly service industry are effective ways to optimize the digital governance of elderly services.
