Research On The Sustainability Of Smart Elderly Care Services Supply In Shanghai Community

In the digital transformation era,the interweaving of population aging and information technology is being displayed.Community wisdom aging care is a novel approach to elder care that utilizes information technology and differs from conventional institutional and familial care.It involves providing geographic elder care using the community life of seniors as a foundation.This approach not only addresses the pressing need to adapt to the aging population but also presents an opportunity to enhance grassroots governance in line with the trend of social digitalization.Fengxian District is one of the national demonstration bases for intelligent health and aging care,and Q Town,as the "national demonstration town for intelligent health and aging care",has carried out a series of community intelligent aging care services,and has accumulated valuable experience in the practice.After conducting a thorough review of relevant literature,this study has developed an analytical framework centered around "technology-action-structure" for intelligent elderly care services.The study utilized a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews to explore the typical examples of intelligent elderly care services in Q Town,with the aim of delving into the fundamental components of the supply model of community-based intelligent elderly care services,including their interrelationships.By identifying the strengths,limitations,and root causes of intelligent elderly care services under various supply models,this research proposes actionable strategies to enhance the quality of community-based intelligent elderly care services.The research found that Q Town provides intelligent aging care services based on the community comprehensive aging care center,with social organizations and grassroots autonomous organizations as the two operation entities.The community intelligent aging care services provided by the two different entities show differentiated characteristics in the operation structure,action logic and technology application,and form "professional intelligent aging under the cooperation of government and society" and "mutual help intelligent aging under internal mobilization".After inductive comparison of the two community intelligent aging care service supply models,this paper puts forward the optimization path of community intelligent aging care service supply from four aspects:(1)Act according to local conditions,and carry out internal mobilization based on community situation;(2)Strengthen training to form a professional support system for aging care personnel;(3)Accelerate layout to build a comprehensive intelligent aging environment;(4)Perfect the system and introduce social forces to form a diversified pattern.
