Research On The Problems Of Community Home Care Services For The Elderly In Q Distract,Huai’an City

Since the beginning of the 21st century,population aging has became a common problem faced by people all over the world.Every elderly person hopes to realize the beautiful vision of old age with support and enjoyment,which is also the pursuit goal of every happy family.However,due to the continuous growth of the number of elderly people,the demand for elderly care services has also further increased,and various elderly care service problems have arisen one after another.An important issue facing our country is to solve the problem of how to rationally use the existing resources to effectively deal with the pension problem under the existing conditions of national economic development.At present,each of the three pension modes in China has its own advantages.The family pension basically meets the needs of many traditional Chinese families.Some families pursue professional services of institutional pension,and some special families are highly dependent on the community family pension.In recent years,the community home care service has become the preferred way of care for more and more elderly people because of its unique advantages.It can not only satisfies the elderly living at home with their families,but also safely send the pension services provided by professional institutions into the house.This study takes the Q District of Huai’an City as an example,with the goal of improving the effectiveness of the home care services of the community.Through visiting the community staff on the spot,using the questionnaire to conduct random investigations on some elderly groups,showing the current status of community home care services.In this way,we can further understand the satisfaction of the needs of the elderly group.At the same time,it analyzes the problems existing in community home elderly care services from different subjects and different dimensions,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of supply mechanism,service form,service content,service quality,and volunteer participation in combination with relevant knowledge of public management.Finally,it proposes ways and strategies to solve the problem,such as improving top-level design,strengthening operation management,improving talent team,and strengthening supervision and evaluation.Community home care is a dynamic change subject.It is necessary to combine the actual situation and characteristics of various places to construct a welfare and diversified elderly care service supply system,and to attract multiple subjects to participate in and invest in community home care services.At the same time,we will continue to support the development of various elderly care undertakings by increasing capital investment,integrate advanced modern technologies,make full use of the Internet and information technology to develop "intelligent elderly care",and truly do a good job in the social welfare undertaking of community home care service,to realize the beautiful vision of the elderly in the whole society,and to form an elderly care service system with Chinese characteristics.
