A Study On The Dilemma Of Child Services In Poverty Alleviation Relocation Sites From The Perspective Of Social Ecological System Theor

The community is an important space for the survival and development of children.Good community services and community environment have a profound impact on the growth of children.The healthy growth of children is related to the future development of the country.Therefore,it is very necessary to provide quality-assured services for children in the community.The children in the relocated community for poverty alleviation and relocation are a new group generated under the background of the policy of relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation.They not only have the poverty of poor children,but also have a mobile nature.While having the above dual characteristics,they are also faced with changes in living environment,learning environment and interpersonal relationships,which affect their physical and mental development.Therefore,paying more attention to the group of children who have been relocated for poverty alleviation in relocation will help them better adapt to the new environment and grow up,and it will also play an important role in promoting the community governance of relocated and relocated poverty alleviation.This study conducts field research and in-depth interviews on children’s services in H community,and studies the development of community children’s services from the perspective of social ecological system theory combined with the theory of advantage perspective.The main body of service includes social workers,communities,social organizations and government,they each provide different types of services for children in the community,complement each other and have their own advantages,and work together to promote the healthy growth of children who have been relocated for poverty alleviation.While the service has achieved certain results,it has also encountered difficulties.Through the research,it is found that the children’s service dilemma in H community mainly focuses on two aspects: the micro social work service and the meso community service.In terms of social work services,social workers are faced with the dilemma of lack of professional ability to provide services,gradual fading of passion in service,serious phenomenon of catching up with indicators,and weak continuity of service.The difficulties in community service include the lack of rationality in infrastructure configuration,the difference in age structure of service objects,the lack of professionalism of service personnel,and the lack of diversity in service content.This study analyzes the causes of the predicament,combines the theory of social ecological system and the perspective of advantages,explores the potential resources of children’s services in H community,explores how to transform its disadvantaged resources into advantageous resources,and then proposes ways to improve children’s services in H community.To put forward effective suggestions for improving the social adaptability of the relocated children in the ex-situ poverty alleviation,and resettlement sites and promoting the physical and mental development of the children.
