| The object of legal education is for non-legal professionals and the purpose is to improve the legal accomplishment of the object of education.The main contents of the training are basic legal concepts,legal principles,and specific legal provisions.Since 1986,when the first five-year plan for the popularization of law was formulated,the content of legal education has been gradually explored or innovated,slowly or steadily,and flexibly or flexibly developed in school education along with the previous five-year plan for the popularization of law.On June 28,2016,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Justice and the National Office for The Dissemination of Law officially issued the Outline of Rule of Law Education for Teenagers,which incorporated rule of law education into the national education system.Senior high school education under the rule of law is based on high school students in the education subject,in order to promote high school students to the basic legal knowledge and grasp of China’s legal system framework system,help students to set up the law consciousness,the concept of the rule of law and the rights and obligations in harmony consciousness,so that the students have the preliminary ability to participate in legal practice and the correct rights protection as the goal of education activities.The legal education in senior high school is of practical necessity.Senior high school legal education includes classroom education and social education,among which classroom education is the main channel.Practice has proved that strengthening the legal education in high school classrooms can effectively improve students’ comprehensive legal literacy.Currently,the legal education in senior high schools mainly has the following problems: the legal knowledge mastery level and legal practice application level of the school legal teachers are not high on the whole;the legal education textbooks are few in variety,the language is abstract and the content is not perfect;there are generally fewer hours of legal education and the teaching form is not attractive.The reasons for the problems include: the specific responsibilities among different subjects of responsibility are not clear enough,which affects participation enthusiasm;Lack of effective research and integration of legal education curriculum aggravates the difficulty of time arrangement;The recruitment and training system of teacher education did not make substantive adjustment in accordance with the requirements of law course teaching in time;The system of accountability is not perfect.The countermeasures and suggestions to solve the above problems are as follows: first,by strengthening the public education on the rule of law,deepening the construction of the government under the rule of law and enhancing judicial credibility,create a good social atmosphere of law-abiding usage in the whole society,and consolidate the social foundation of school education on the rule of law;Secondly,the relationship between the college entrance examination and the education of the rule of law should be straightened out by deepening the theoretical research on the education of the rule of law,strengthening the teaching of the education of the rule of law,improving the teaching setting and optimizing the time arrangement.Third,by organizing senior high school teachers to participate in further study of legal knowledge,organizing senior high school teachers to practice on the front line of judicial case handling and optimizing the recruitment system of legal teachers,improving the overall legal literacy of senior high school legal teachers;Fourth,by improving the leading mechanism of senior high school legal education,the management and use mechanism of off-campus legal education resources,and the supervision and assessment mechanism,effectively remove constraints and obstacles. |
