On The Government's Role In The The Tibet High School Education Management

After the peaceful liberation of Tibet in1959, education in Tibet truly realized the equality for everyone to educate. Because modern education in Tibet started so late, there are great gaps between other provinces and Tibet in the development of modern education, especially senior high school education. But the government always plays the leading role in the development of senior high school education in any country in any time. Based on the Government's leading role in senior high school education, the writer firstly summed up the management model and functions, which the government should play in senior high school education in Tibet. At the same time, according to the socio-economic background and management features in senior high school education in Tibet, the writer deduced the position functions of the government in Tibetan senior high school education management.Secondly, the writer had a historical review of the actual role which the government played in senior high school education development in Tibet, and analyzed the experiences and lessons which the government should draw from education management in Tibet. Thirdly, by comparing the role which our government played in senior high school education management in Tibet with the role that foreign government played in their senior high school education management, the writer had a analysis to the current situation of Tibetan education, and thus found out some problems and reasons which our government lies in senior high school education management in Tibet. In the end of this article, drawing the lessons from history, the problems and causes of reality, and learning from the successful practice experiences which the governments of China's developed regions did, the writer suggested to strengthen the management functions of government in Tibetan senior high school, improve and perfect the role of government to ensure senior high school education career in Tibet can develop sustainedly and healthily along the correct track.
