The Research On The Linkage Of Ideological Education Between Freshman And League Members Of Senior High School

The linkage of ideological education between freshman all league member of senior high school can improve the level of overall education of league member.Currently,the ideological education of league member can be divided into several stages: education in middle schools(mainly focuses on the education in junior and senior middle schools and technical secondary schools),education in colleges(mainly deals with education in undergraduate and vocational colleges)and education in postgraduate stage.As for the linkage of ideological education,it usually refers to the linkage of league member from junior and senior high school,the linkage of league member from senior high schools and colleges and the linkage of league member of undergraduates and postgraduates.And this thesis tries to focus on the linkage of ideological education between freshman and league member of senior high school.Because of the disconnection of the ideological education in practice between freshman and league member of senior high school,the consequence of numerous problems and leaves a bad influence on the mutual efforts.Besides,it may lead to terrible result in the stage and increase the burden of ideological education of league member which would definite bring so many negative effects for the ideological and political education in colleges.Thus,the linkage of ideological education between freshman and league member of senior high school is quite critical for the further word of ideological and political education in colleges.In order to enhance the linkage of ideological education between freshman and league member of senior high school,this thesis conducts a research of the current situation of ideological education of freshman and tries to have abetter understanding of the practical condition of the freshman.Based on the previous research and by taking measures accordingly,the author tries to suggest so countermeasures to promote the effects of ideological and political education in colleges.How to connect with the ideological education of league member of senior high school,and do a good job in ideological and political education for freshman is the focus of this paper.This article is divided into three parts.The first part:the importance of the ideological education of freshman and high school students.Using the relevant knowledge of ideological and political education,the author discuss the problems of ideological education and educational cohesion of members,and puts forward the importance of ideological cohesion of members.The second part:bridging situation of ideological education between freshman and senior high school members.Taking new class 2017 in the Honder College of Inner Mongolia Normal University as the research object,the author investigates the results of ideological education of senior high school student by means of questionnaire survey,and discusses the problems existing in ideological education of freshman member: Firstly,the awareness of members is not strong;secondly,some regiment cadres did not play their due role;Thirdly,some members have not received systematic ideological education;Fourthly,some members are reluctant to participate in social practice activities.And the cause of the poor ideological education between freshmen and high school stuents:first,some school are not strict about entering the group;second,some schools do not pay enough attention to the education of members after joining the group;some science students do not want to study the knowledge of the group.The third part:the author puts forward countermeasure to strengthen the ideological education of freshmen and high school students.Firstly,strengthen the awareness education of members.First,we should strengthen the exemplary consciousness of the cadres of delegation,mobilize their initiative and enthusiasm,and give full play to their exemplary role in the education of the members.The second is to link the work of the high school and the youth league of the freshmen and create a political atmoshere in which only the outstanding representatives of the members can become Party activists.Secondly,to carry out the ideological education activities of the members,especially the knowledge education of the scientific students.The first is to link the senior high school and the university grpup education,and gradually establish the joint mechnism of group education.The second is to combine social practice activities with classroom teaching,bring back problems encountered in practice to the classroom,and combine theoretical learning with practical experience.The third is to do a good job in the connection between the freshman and the senior high school birth environment,and to integrate ideological education into the school education environment,and to integrate ideological education into the school education environment.The fourth is to strengthen the knowledge education of the group of science students in freshmen.Thirdly,the ideological and political teaching to strength the ideological education of members.The first is to strengthen the ideological education of the members in the ideological and political courses and to consolidate the teaching function of ideological and political courses.The second is to strengthen the ideological education of the members in the second classroom,and closely integrate with the teaching of ideological and political courses to form a pettern of educating people in the same direction.The linkage of the education of league member is chronic and complex.Just as the outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)suggests,the construction of ideological educational system of league member is of the same importance of the construction of effective linkage of moral system in primaryschool,junior and senior high school.Establishing the systematic conception and promoting the organic linkage among primary,junior and senior high school and colleges requires us to do long-term and complex work.Only by conducting such work pesistently can the expected consequences be reached.
