Study On Land Law Enforcement Supervision In Cuiping District Of Yibin City

Land is an important carrier of economic and social life and an important support of industrialization and urbanization.It provides space resources for people’s production and life,and is an important basis for people’s survival.In the context of continuous economic development,the value of land presents a growing trend,showing a continuous increase in construction land and a decrease in cultivated land.However,there are few land reserve resources in China,and accordingly,land resources are gradually moving towards the plight of resource shortage.The contradiction between people and land leads to social contradictions,and illegal land use occurs frequently.The land law enforcement and supervision are limited to the difficulties of finding,investigating and enforcing the law.How to solve this problem has become the key to protect land resources.Cuiping District of Yibin City,as a county and township level pilot area in the national land use planning,should pay special attention to the protection and rational use of land resources,and illegal land use also exists in its development.Therefore,it is important for Cuiping District to understand the problems existing in the land law enforcement and supervision work,and analyze the causes of these problems,so as to solve these problems At present,land law enforcement and supervision is the primary task.This paper takes Cuiping of Yibin City as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in its land law enforcement and supervision work,finds out the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures.Firstly,the paper clarifies the concepts of land violations and land law enforcement and supervision,and clarifies the harm of land violations and the necessity of land law enforcement and supervision.Secondly,it expounds the problems existing in the land law enforcement and supervision of Cuiping District,such as the people’s awareness of using land according to law Finally,in view of these problems and reasons,put forward feasible countermeasures,such as strengthening the construction of land law enforcement and supervision system,strengthening the construction of law enforcement team,in order to achieve the goal of boosting the land law enforcement and supervision work in Cuiping District and improving the work efficiency.
