Research On Problesms And Countermeasures Of Land Law Enforcement Supervision In B City

Very cherishing,rational use of land and practical protection of cultivated land is our basic national policy.Since reform and opening up,our country has continuously improved the related system of land resources management and strengthened the protection and utilization of land resources.However,local governments rely on land finance,and the implementation of land management policies and systems is not in place.There are widespread problems such as extensive land use,waste of land and illegal land use.To ensure the effective implementation of land resource management policies and regulations,our country gradually established and improved the land law enforcement supervision system system,to monitor the protection and intensive economical use of land resources in all parts of the country,prevent,stop and punish illegal and extensive land use behaviors.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Investigate and understand the status quo of land law enforcement supervision in B City.Through interviews and surveys,data analysis,case analysis and other methods,this paper investigated and studied the setting of land law enforcement and supervision organs,the implementation of policies and systems related to land resource management,law enforcement of land satellite remote sensing images,and the investigation and punishment of illegal behaviors in B City.(2)Study and analyze the problems and causes of land law enforcement supervision in B City.Through sorting out all kinds of survey data,it is found that there are some problems in B city,such as the local government does not pay attention to it,the responsibility is not compacted effectively,the law enforcement quality and efficiency of landsat remote sensing images are not high,the grasp of policies and regulations is not accurate,and the illegal problems are difficult to rectify.The reasons for such problems as imperfect system design,lack of protection force,low level of fine informatization,inadequate publicity and imperfect supervision system are analyzed.(3)Form the research results,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land law enforcement supervision in B city.Relevant suggestions are put forward from five aspects: optimizing the system of land resource management and protection,promoting the formation of a collaborative governance system in which all departments and all subjects are involved in joint management,comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of law enforcement of land satellite remote sensing images,raising the awareness of legal land use of relevant departments and grassroots areas,and perfecting the municipal natural resources supervision system.
