Study On The Business Environment Of Rule Of Law In Shandong Province

With the rapid development of the global economy,the current reform of the business environment has become a booster to promote national and local economic development.Shandong Province also attaches great importance to the improvement of its own business environment,and the rule of law business environment reform is listed as one of the "nine reform actions" in Shandong Province.In the current context,the business environment has a pivotal position in our economic and social development,who has a good business environment is likely to take the lead in the new round of regional competition and win the initiative.This paper is a study on the business environment of Shandong Province under the background of deepening reform in Shandong Province.In this paper,based on the analysis of the concept of business environment of rule of law and the theoretical basis of the paper,the entry point of the study is the Regulation on Optimization of Business Environment in Shandong Province in the early stage,and in the middle stage,through watching the news report,the column of"Ask Shandong",comparing the regulations on optimization of business environment in other regions,browsing the government webpage,etc.,under the perspective of rule of law government,the current problems in the construction of business environment of rule of law in Shandong Province are put into consideration,from the legislative,legislative and governmental perspectives.The problems that appear in the process of building the business environment of Shandong Province,from legislation,administrative law enforcement,judicial three dimensions were summarized and organized.The main problems were identified,they are:insufficient and relatively late supply of legislation,administrative law enforcement and supervision of the rule of law and government credibility needs to be improved,and judicial justice needs to be strengthened.Then the causes of the problems are analyzed,also from the three aspects of legislation,administrative law enforcement and justice respectively.The fourth chapter of this paper is the countermeasure suggestion for the business environment of Shandong Province,which proposes to strengthen the construction of the business environment of Shandong Province in three aspects:improving the local legislation,making the top-level design of the system supply guarantee,promoting the reform of"administration and service",improving the credibility of the government,and promoting justice through prudent justice.Finally,I hope this paper can provide some reference and thinking for the next business environment construction in Shandong Province,and hope that Shandong Province can reshape the regional competitiveness of Shandong Province in the country through the improvement of business environment of rule of law,so that Shandong Province can seize the market opportunities in the future development,and attract more capital factors to the camp to take root in Lu.
