Research On Intelligent Home Care Service

With the rapid development of China’s social economy and the deepening of the degree of aging of the population,"how to provide for the aged" has become an important problem plaguing all walks of life.As one of the cities with serious aging in Shaanxi Province,District B of Y City has entered the aging stage,with a relatively high proportion of the elderly population and serious social pension problems.With the continuous development of modern information technology,the information technology applied to traditional family pension mode,both to reduce the cost of pension,and provide more convenient life for the elderly,in solving the problem of pension that occupy the home,has played a very important role in countries and therefore for a series of policy support,in this background,With the support of the local government,District B of Y City has actively explored and tried the smart home care service with the help of emerging technologies.By summarizing and sorting out the research materials of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper conducted field visits and questionnaire surveys in District B of Y City,Shaanxi Province,and analyzed the data of the questionnaire to explore the problems existing in local smart home care services,and then found appropriate solutions.Research on smart home care services should not only combine China’s national conditions but also pay attention to the actual situation of District B in Y City.First of all,through the analysis of city area by the current difficulty of wisdom that occupy the home endowment service,and then combined with the status analysis of the intelligent home endowment service in the development process of all kinds of problems,including home endowment service system is not sound,wisdom products "optimal aging" is insufficient,lack of wisdom that occupy the home endowment service personnel overall and low level of specialization,silver highlighted the digital divide.Combined with the local actual situation,the causes of these problems were analyzed from multiple dimensions,such as insufficient policy support,low enthusiasm of social forces for participation,lack of professional talents for intelligent home care services,and elderly people’s own factors.At the same time,the United States,Britain and Japan and other developed countries for reference in the development of intelligent home pension services,advanced technology and successful experience,and Suzhou,Wuzhen and Beijing and other cities in the development of intelligent home endowment service of successful cases,on this basis,the Suggestions to consummate the city area B Y the wisdom that occupy the home endowment service concrete feasible measures.
