The course "basic theory and practice of criminal law" is one of the core courses of legal affairs major in secondary vocational education.It has important basic significance for the training of legal affairs professionals.The course "basic theory and practice of criminal law" has rich knowledge content and strong practicality,which puts forward higher theoretical learning and application requirements for students.In combination with the general background of the current vocational education reform,and in line with the trend of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,this study studies the application of thinking visualization teaching in the teaching of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools through three research methods: literature method,investigation method and interview method and the author’s teaching practice in the process of practice,It is expected to provide new ideas and effective case references for the selection of teaching methods and the improvement of teaching practice effect of the course "basic theory and practice of criminal law" in secondary vocational schools.The first part of this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the application of thinking visualization teaching in the basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools.It mainly includes three aspects: the related concepts of thinking visualization teaching,the theoretical basis of thinking visualization teaching and the feasibility of thinking visualization teaching in the teaching of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools.This part mainly expounds the related concepts of thinking visualization teaching,and introduces three common thinking visualization teaching tools: thinking map,concept map and thinking map in combination with the course content of basic theory and practice of criminal law.Meaningful learning theory,dual coding theory and constructivist learning theory provide a solid theoretical basis for thinking visualization teaching.Thinking visualization teaching is feasible in three aspects: teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching learning situation.The second part is the application status and problem analysis of thinking visualization teaching in the basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools.The author conducted interviews and exchanges with teachers in the internship school,and investigated the students by issuing questionnaires.In the process of investigation,the author found that there are some problems in the application of thinking visualization teaching,such as the difficulty of teachers’ teaching application,the passivity of students’ application and the unsatisfactory teaching application environment.In the third part,the author studies the teaching application of thinking visualization in the basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools.Following the teaching application principles of student-centered,problem-oriented and timely evaluation and reflection,the author designed and implemented the teaching of basic theory and practice of criminal law,and conducted teaching reflection after each class,so as to provide empirical basis for the application optimization strategy of thinking visualization teaching method in this course.In the fourth part,according to the previous theoretical and empirical research,the author puts forward targeted application optimization countermeasures for the application of thinking visualization teaching in the course of basic theory and practice of criminal law in secondary vocational schools,so as to provide reference and thinking direction for educators.
