Abstract/Summary:
The "Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education" pointed out that at present,China should accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system,deepen the reform of vocational education,improve the quality of vocational education,and promote high-quality economic development.Secondary vocational education is an important part of the vocational education system and plays an important role in sending professionals to all walks of life.Under the background of comprehensively ruling the country according to law,the goal of the legal affairs major of secondary vocational schools is to cultivate auxiliary talents for legal work.Jurisprudence is the core course of the legal affairs major,which lays the necessary professional theoretical foundation for students to study departmental law and even the entire legal science,and helps to improve the political and professional quality of students.Starting from the application status of participatory teaching in middle vocational schools,this paper studies the theory of participatory teaching in a more in-depth manner based on the jurisprudence course of the legal affairs major.Participatory teaching emphasizes the creation of a relaxed and harmonious teaching atmosphere for students,so that students can participate in all aspects of classroom teaching as an equal subject,stimulate students’ learning interest and enthusiasm,and promote the all-round development of the professional quality of secondary vocational students.During my internship at the Judicial Police Vocational School in D Province,the author conducted an in-depth investigation of the current situation of participatory teaching and application of jurisprudence in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and analyzed it in combination with the research status of other secondary vocational schools in D Province.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the current situation of jurisprudence teaching: strengthen the construction of teaching preparation links,improve the awareness and ability of teachers and students to participate in teaching,and design participatory teaching objectives;improve the teaching links in the classroom,improve the acceptability of teaching content,enrich participatory teaching methods,carry out the whole process of teaching activities,diversify the main body of classroom participation,and create an equal and open classroom atmosphere;improve the after-school links,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism,and diversify the main body and method of evaluation.This study hopes to provide ideas for the teaching reform of jurisprudence in secondary vocational schools,so that participatory teaching methods can be continuously improved in the practice of jurisprudence,so that the teaching effect of jurisprudence courses is more in line with the training goals of legal affairs majors in secondary vocational schools,improve students’ professional qualities,and send excellent auxiliary legal talents to grass-roots legal units.
