With the development of science and technology and the change of market demand,the country’s demand for skilled personnel continues to climb,and secondary vocational education occupies an increasingly important position in the modern education system.With the steady advancement of the policy of governing the country by law,the state has continuously promoted the popularization of legal education and the training of professional legal personnel.Under this background,the teaching of legal affairs major in middle school is still in the stage of adopting the traditional teaching method,so it is urgent to introduce the new teaching method.The task-driven teaching method has been extended to other professional teaching because of its excellent performance in computer course teaching.The purpose of this study is to explore the practical application path of task-driven teaching method in the middle vocational legal affairs major in order to enrich the practical research of teaching activities in the middle vocational legal affairs major.This study takes the basic principles and practice of civil law as an example,takes task-driven teaching method as an entry point,reads the relevant literature,analyzes the current research results and research deficiencies,and summarizes the connotation of task-driven teaching method according to the definition of scholars,and obtains theoretical support for task-driven teaching process in this study.Through a questionnaire survey of students in KM,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation and the existing problems of middle vocational students’ learning attitude,learning methods and ability.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the teaching of middle-level legal affairs major.Based on this,combining constructivism and other theories,this paper designs a task-driven teaching process oriented to the basic principles and practices of civil law in middle school.This paper analyzes the teaching process and the results of teaching practice by means of experimental research.The results show that students have a remarkable upward trend in their attitude,methods and abilities in the process of task-driven teaching.It also shows that task-driven teaching method can be used in the legal affairs major’s classroom.This study applies the task-driven teaching method to the teaching of legal affairs major in middle school,designs the specific task-driven teaching process,and verifies its effectiveness through practice in order to provide new ideas and references for the teaching reform of legal affairs major in middle school. |
