"To improve the quality of vocational education,reflect the concept of lifelong education,and form a modern vocational education system of coordinated development of middle and higher vocational education" proposed in the outline of national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)It is clear that the vocational education in China should cultivate the ability of students to acquire new knowledge,analyze and solve problems independently to achieve lifelong development,which undoubtedly brings vitality to the legal education of secondary vocational schools in China.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,"unswervingly follow the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,improve the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics with the constitution as the core,build the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,and build a socialist country ruled by law." As an important position to train the successors of socialist cause and the industrial army in the future,it is very important to strengthen the legal education of secondary vocational schools.Through the legal education,we can cultivate the legal consciousness of secondary vocational school students and promote the construction of the legal campus.But at present,we are also facing challenges.Although secondary vocational schools offer the course of "professional ethics and law" for legal education,based on the traditional teaching methods,the teaching effect is unsatisfactory,the students' legal consciousness is weak,and campus violations of laws and disciplines often occur.In the long run,it is not conducive to the personal development of secondary vocational students,and even harmful to society.What kind of teaching method should be used to carry out secondary vocational legal education has become a common concern of schools,society and even the country.As a new teaching method which has been widely promoted and applied in recent years,PBL teaching method effectively highlights the main position of students,gives full play to students' subjective initiative and cultivates students' deep-seated ability in teaching,which conforms to the current requirements of secondary vocational schools for legal education.Based on the current situation of legal education in secondary vocational schools,this paper attempts to teach PBL The combination of learning law and secondary vocational legal education,the introduction of the new PBL teaching method into the legal classroom for teaching reform,pay attention to the cultivation of students' legal awareness,improve students' ability and promote the future development of secondary vocational students,so as to improve the legal construction of secondary vocational education in China.The introduction mainly discusses the research background,research status at home andabroad,research significance,research methods and new ideas of the paper.The first part introduces PBL teaching method.The first section analyzes the origin and connotation of PBL teaching method.The second section analyzes the theoretical basis of PBL teaching method from the perspectives of constructivism learning theory,Humanism learning theory,cooperative learning theory and discovery learning theory.The second part theoretically analyzes the target orientation of PBL teaching method in secondary vocational legal education from four aspects:teachers,students,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.The third part is the key content of the full text.Based on the theoretical research of the first two parts,we start to explore the application of PBL teaching in the secondary vocational legal education from the practice.Taking the first box of the twelfth lesson "safeguarding labor rights and interests" as an example,we make a comparative analysis of PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method,and explore the actual teaching effect of PBL teaching method.The fourth part reflects on the teaching practice,and finds that PBL teaching method is beneficial to the application of law education in secondary vocational school,which is worth popularizing,but at the same time,there are deficiencies in students,teachers and schools.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of PBL teaching method in the secondary vocational legal education,continuously improves the application of PBL teaching method in the secondary vocational legal education in China,strengthens the cultivation of students' legal quality,implements the concept of running school according to law,and promotes the construction of a country ruled by law.
