Basic Theory and Practice of Civil Law is an important textbook used in civil law teaching for secondary vocational legal affairs majors.The professional training goal of secondary vocational legal affairs majors is to train staff who are oriented to grassroots legal assistant positions.It is the most used and most important departmental law for civil law students to go to work.Although civil law has developed with capitalism and market economy,its principles,theories,origins and norms have a long history.Such a departmental law,which needs to be encountered and applied from time to time,is very difficult or even difficult to learn and master.The importance of civil law teaching is self-evident.At present,there are many difficulties in the teaching of Basic Theory and Practice of Civil Law in secondary vocational schools,such as being out of touch with practice,poor classroom interaction,and low enthusiasm of students.Therefore,the reform of civil law education is imperative.Compared with doctrinal teaching method and case teaching method,the law study teaching method is a "third teaching method" proposed by Professor Liang Huixing and popularized in some schools.This teaching method is more creative and can better connect with practice.The popularization and application of the teaching method in secondary vocational schools is helpful to solve the difficulties in the teaching of basic theory and Practice of Civil Law.However,there are some problems such as low application rate and some teachers don’t know how to apply this teaching method in legal affairs major of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,how to correctly use the law to study the teaching method and really improve the teaching effect is an important topic in the teaching of "basic theory and Affairs of Civil Law" in secondary vocational schools.Through systematic research and reference of relevant experience at home and abroad,it is found that a series of problems existing in the teaching of "Basic Theory and Practice of Civil Law" in secondary vocational schools can be effectively solved by improving the application level of teachers’ laws and forming the teaching paradigm of studying laws and teaching methods.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which consists of three chapters: research background,research basis and research significance;The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the law study teaching method,and analyzes the necessity of the application of the law study teaching method in civil law courses of secondary vocational schools,focusing on the advantages of the law study teaching method compared with doctrinal teaching method and case teaching method.The third part mainly aims at the investigation of the current situation of the application of the teaching method of law study in civil law courses of secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the survey data of teachers and students,in order to understand the current situation of law course teaching and the application of the teaching method of law study.After the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the application of the law study teaching method in the civil law course of secondary vocational schools,the problems and reasons of the application of the law study teaching method in classroom teaching are pointed out.The fourth part,on the basis of fully analyzing the problems existing in the application of law study teaching method,further puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to solve the difficulties in the application of the teaching method;The fifth part is the curriculum design and practice paradigm of the law study teaching method,providing concrete examples for how to apply the law study teaching method in practice.This article hopes to secondary vocational school legal affairs professional legal research situation of the teaching method,analysis the advantage of law study teaching method,and for law study teaching method on the problems existing in the application of reason analysis and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,and for law study teaching in secondary vocational basic civil law theory and practice.The application of theory of design,puts forward practical paradigm.In order to provide paradigm reference and application path reference for the application of law study teaching method in the teaching of legal affairs specialty in secondary vocational schools.
