Study On The Governance Of Industrial Hollowing In Napo County,guangxi From The Perspective Of Heighten A Sense Of Identity Of The Chinese Nation

Enabling people of all ethnic groups to better share in the fruits of reform,development and stability and promoting the formation of a community of shared interests is the economic basis for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.However,the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development in ethnic minority areas is still relatively acute.Napo County is both an ethnic region and a border area,in the critical period when the achievements of poverty alleviation are linked with rural revitalization,the local old and new industries are not smooth.The development of the county’s secondary industries,such as manufacturing,which plays an important role in supporting economic development,is still in the early stage,with a trend of industrial hollowing out.Specific performance for the county economic downturn is serious,industrial,manufacturing development lag,not fully play the main role of supporting social and economic development;Irrational industrial structure and low per capita disposable income;The lack of pillar industries and leading enterprises in the county,the characteristics of low-end development is obvious;Per capita disposable income is low,serious population outflow and other problems are prominent.The problems caused by industrial hollowing in Napo County affect to some extent the ideological foundation,mass foundation,cultural foundation and social foundation of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Based on field investigation and data collection,this study analyzes the causes of industrial hollowing in Napo County,including natural geography and historical reasons,policy reasons,economic reasons,cultural and technical reasons,and market reasons.Finally,in view of the performance and causes of industrial hollowing in Napo County,based on the Marxist ideology theory,the Chinese nation community theory,the industrial structure theory,the industrial cluster theory and the sustainable development theory,from the perspective of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,The countermeasures for industrial hollowing in Napo County are put forward from four aspects: optimizing industrial structure and industrial layout,guaranteeing existing industrial development elements,utilizing special resources and opportunities on the border,and making up for weaknesses in industrial development.
