Practice Research On Multi-ethnic Communities To Forge The Consciousness Of Chinese National Community

"Firmly building the sense of community of the Chinese nation" is the main line of ethnic work in the new era.Taking a multi-ethnic community as the research object,studying its practice of casting Chinese nation community consciousness is a novel perspective worthy of study.This study takes Fengling Bei community in Nanning,Guangxi as an example,and uses various research methods such as literature research,participant observation and questionnaire to explore the practical content of this community in forming the sense of community of the Chinese nation.The research found that the community has consolidated the foundation of the Chinese nation’s community consciousness through the practice of party building,enhancing the sense of national identity,strengthening community education,building communication platforms,and promoting cultural exchanges,and has achieved remarkable results.It has enhanced the cohesion and sense of identity of all ethnic groups in the community,enhanced the happiness of residents,promoted the development of cultural diversity,promoted social stability and harmony,and improved the overall competitiveness of the country.However,the community is still faced with difficulties such as weak joint efforts,rich content and innovative ways of practice.To this end,this study proposed a series of solutions,including strengthening cadre training,enhancing youth participation,fully exploiting regional cultural resources,strengthening propaganda and education on the consciousness of the Chinese people community,and carrying out propaganda and education activities and experience exchanges in combination with major national strategies and themes of The Times,so as to further improve and improve the ethnic work in this community.It provides useful reference for the work of building the consciousness of Chinese national community in urban multi-ethnic communities.
