| With our country’s legal system is gradually complete,effective promotion of overall rule of the law,national law cognition also gradually improves,the corresponding law courses also came into the classroom of vocational colleges,especially are closely related to the secondary vocational students’ employment and living,the course of Labor and Social Security Law Principle and Practice is paid attention to.At present,secondary vocational students are generally faced with the dilemma of "difficult employment" after graduation.As a highly practical legal subject,"practical learning" has become the basic teaching principle of Principle and Practice of Labor and Social Security Law course in secondary vocational colleges in China.This course not only needs to understand the contemporary secondary vocational students’ demand for the knowledge of Principle and Practice of Labor and Social Security Law course,but also organically links legal practice and organizes necessary practical teaching activities,so as to cultivate secondary vocational students’ ability to think and deal with problems.At present,the traditional teaching method of "injection" still occupies the central position of the teaching method of Principle and Practice of Labor and Social Security Law in secondary vocational schools in China.The teaching method of "integration of teaching and doing" is the methodology of Tao Xingzhi’s life educational theory,which aims to emphasize the subjectivity of students on the basis of "doing" in essence,teachers’ educational tact,teaching reflection and the expansion of creativity of teachers and students etc.Based on this teaching method,the comprehensive use of questionnaire investigation,interview and literature research,exploring the teaching method "integrating teaching and doing" applied research in the Principle and Practice of Labor and Social Security Law course,choosing real life as a starting point,combining curriculum practice,to stimulate students’ learning motivation,to improve the understanding and the application ability of the knowledge,to effectively perform the main role of students,to integrate the knowledge and action,to improve students’ legal accomplishment while improving teaching effectiveness,and transport high-quality skilled talents for the society.This thesis is divided into five parts: the first part mainly puts forward the problems,and points out our country Labor and Social Security Principle and Practice course teaching present situation,the "integration of teaching and doing" teaching method at home and abroad and the current state of secondary vocational education of law has carried on the literature review and evaluation,expounds the research value,research approaches and innovation.The second part mainly discusses this teaching method from three aspects of thought source,thought connotation and thought characteristics.The third part analyzes the investigating data and summarizes the implementation of the teaching method "integration of teaching and doing" in the course of Labor and Social Security Law Principle and Practice in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part summarizes the current secondary vocational common teaching problems of Labor and Social Security Law Principle and Practice course,and pointed out the improvement strategies.The fifth part is to select a section of the textbook contents for application design,clarifying the significance of application.Through comprehensive measures,this study shows that applying the teaching method "integration of teaching and doing" in the course of Labor and Social Security Law Principle and Practice in secondary vocational schools,not only can closely contact with life,enhance the students’ understanding of knowledge and action,but also can develop the students’ ability of logical analysis,reduce the risk of the secondary vocational students in the future employment,better protect the vital interests of employers and secondary vocational students,to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.The study hopes to provide ideas for the teaching reform of Principle and Practice of Labor and Social Security Law course in secondary vocational schools,to promote the curriculum to better meet the development needs of the law society,and improve the teaching effectiveness. |
