| In 2021,the Department of Teachers of the Ministry of Education issued the "Professional Competence Standards for Teachers of Secondary Vocational Education Professional Teachers(Trial)",and the teaching requirements of the "Teaching Standards for Public Basic Courses in Secondary Vocational Schools" issued by the Department of Vocational Education and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education in 2020,both put forward requirements for teachers to have the ability to create situations in the process of curriculum teaching.Therefore,based on the requirements for teachers’ professional ability and teaching standards in secondary vocational schools,researchers believe that anchored teaching based on the development of constructivism can play a good role in the teaching of secondary vocational legal affairs courses,and more targeted the cultivation of knowledge and skills of secondary vocational students.This study uses research methods such as literature research method,investigation method,experimental method and interview method to conduct anchor teaching in the course of "Principles and Practice of Contract Law".Firstly,the research trends,related concepts and theoretical basis of the anchored teaching model at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed through the literature research method,and the feasibility of the research is determined.Secondly,the questionnaire was used to understand the learning habits and teaching methods of students in a secondary technical vocational school in Z City,Shandong Province,and the experimental classes and control classes that established teaching practices in combination with the survey status and student achievements were carried out,anchored teaching was carried out in the experimental class,and routine teaching was carried out in the control class.In view of the survey results,a teaching plan was formulated,and the design of the conventional teaching path and anchored teaching in this course was proposed,and the specific teaching practice was carried out separately.Finally,through the learning test,combined with the results of the two test questions,the teaching effect of anchor teaching on the course "Principles and Practice of Contract Law" in secondary vocational schools is analyzed.According to the research results: first,the use of anchored teaching can greatly improve students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning this course,especially in the stage of group cooperation and the preview and review stages before and after class;secondly,through anchored teaching,Help students to form good study habits.After students develop good study habits,the teaching efficiency and quality of the classroom will also be improved simultaneously.Third,the application of anchored teaching makes the classroom atmosphere more lively and can achieve student-centered teaching.Fourth,the "Principles and Practices of Contract Law" class based on anchored teaching can promote the enhancement of students’ legal awareness,improve students’ legal literacy and the ability to apply legal knowledge in real life.In the analysis of the research results and combined with the actual teaching process,the following suggestions can be put forward for anchor teaching to be better used in future teaching activities: First,in terms of situation creation,it is necessary to systematically analyze the teaching materials and students to ensure the rationality and authenticity of the situation creation;second,when determining the "anchor point",it should be closely related to the created scene,and can stimulate students’ desire to explore,in line with the latest field of student development;third,in terms of positioning roles,Teachers should teach as auxiliary personnel,make full use of students’ independent learning and cooperative learning links,and also grasp the teaching rhythm of each link. |
