Legal literacy,which refers to the ability of people to understand and apply law,is the quality that every qualified citizen needs.With the implementation of the principle of governing the country in all respects according to law,the importance of citizen legal literacy has also been raised to a new historical height.It is a good practice to train the legal literacy of secondary vocational students.Therefore,the author analyzes the current situation of the legal literacy of the secondary vocational school students,finds out the main problems in the cultivation of the middle school students' legal literacy in the legal curriculum,and then puts forward the corresponding solutions,which has far-reaching significance.This paper aims at the teaching target of students' legal literacy,mainly aiming at the lack of legal literacy of secondary vocational students and the research on the training methods of the legal courses in secondary vocational schools.Through questionnaire survey and personal interview,the author understands and analyzes the current situation of legal literacy of secondary vocational students and the current situation of the legal curriculum training in secondary vocational schools,through the establishment,content,contents of the legal courses in secondary vocational schools The paper summarizes the teaching methods and methods,analyzes the current situation of the legal literacy training of the legal courses in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward that the school as an important position for the cultivation of students' legal literacy should optimize the teaching of the school legal courses and improve the legal quality of the secondary vocational students.The whole thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which covers the background,purpose,significance and methods of the study of the legal literacy of the students in the secondary vocational law curriculum;The second part includes the interpretation of legal literacy,the legal literacy that secondary vocational students should possess and the analysis of the internal relationship between the legal literacy training of secondary vocational school students and the legal literacy of secondary vocational school students;The third part,by questionnaire and interview,the author investigates the legal literacy and the current situation of the students' training in five secondary vocational schools in the city where the author is located,and summarizes all the data after sorting out and analyzing;The fourth part,based on the previous part,analyzes the current situation of the legal literacy of secondary vocational students,and then analyzes and summarizes the causes of the current situation of the legal literacy of the secondary vocational law curriculum in China by consulting the relevant literature materials and cases;The fifth part,in order to find out the problem is to better solve the problem,the author draws lessons from the previous research theory,combined with their own work and learning experience,to explore the optimization way of the legal literacy training of students in the secondary vocational law curriculum.
