The law course of secondary vocational school is the main position to improve the legal consciousness of secondary vocational school students.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the development of vocational education,but the crime rate of vocational school students has increased year by year,which has aroused widespread concern of the society.The most important reason is that the legal consciousness of students is too low.On the other hand,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the industrial structure With continuous improvement,China’s demand for talents with vocational technology is also increasing.Secondary vocational schools are an important position to train professional and technical talents,which will transport a large number of workers for all walks of life every year,and relevant legal content with basic legal knowledge and practicality such as the labor law has gradually become the demand for workers.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to pay attention to the legal courses in secondary vocational schools and to bring the efficiency of the legal courses into full play.The effective use of a teaching method by teachers in the classroom can improve the efficiency of the classroom to a certain extent,which requires the relevant teachers of the law course in secondary vocational schools to update their teaching concepts in time,explore and introduce teaching methods more suitable for secondary vocational students,so as to improve the effectiveness of knowledge dissemination in the law course.The teaching method of "one case to the end" is a new teaching method.Based on the traditional case teaching method,it improves the problems of the original case teaching method in the teaching process,such as small cases,many and miscellaneous cases,unclear main line,etc.,creates a teaching situation with a complete case,takes the plot of the case story as the dark line,and connects the knowledge points of the whole chapter,so that the students’ ideas are clear and more convenient Master and memorize legal knowledge.In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency of law class in secondary vocational school,students are not interested in law class,this paper introduces "one case to the end" teaching method,through research and data analysis,studies the application of "one case to the end" teaching method in law class in Secondary Vocational school,explores the problems found,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to continuously improve the "one case to the end" teaching Law.This paper will discuss the application of "one case to the end" teaching method in the law course of secondary vocational school from four parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research background and significance of this paper.The writing background of this paper is to better improve the application of "one case to the end" teaching method in the law teaching practice of secondary vocational school.Combined with practical investigation,starting from the four processes of "one case to the end" teaching method,this paper studies and analyzes the problems in each process,and through the analysis and Looking up the materials and putting forward the opinions to help solve the problems,we hope that the teaching method of "one case to the end" can better adapt to the teaching classroom.On this basis,if we want to better use the "one case to the end" teaching method,we must first understand the research situation.Therefore,we look up the domestic and foreign research situation of the "one case to the end" teaching method to provide the basis for the writing of the paper.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the "one case to the end" teaching method,and summarizes the main links of the application of the "one case to the end" teaching method.The application of the "one case to the end" teaching method is mainly divided into four links,one is the development and selection of cases,the other is the design of classroom problems in teaching,the third is the classroom implementation of teaching,the fourth is the summary and reflection link.The specific link of "one case to the end" teaching method is a main line of this article.In the part of problem analysis and countermeasures,it is classified according to four links.Secondly,it introduces the practical value of "one case to the end" teaching method in the law class of secondary vocational school.The third part from the "one case to the end" in the application of the four links in the secondary vocational law course to analyze each link in the use of or faced with various problems,through the analysis of the causes of these problems,find out the causes,in order to suit the case.The fourth part puts forward personal opinions and solutions according to the problems analyzed in the third part,starting from four links respectively,and constantly improving the application of "one case to the end" teaching method in the law class of secondary vocational school.
