Research On Collaborative Governance Of Smart Communities In Jinfeng District,Yinchuan City

As the basic unit of the country,the effectiveness of community governance is particularly important for the construction of the national governance system.With the advent of the information age,smart communities,as a new form of community organization,are highly valued and promoted by local governments for their convenience in data collection,smooth information feedback,and synergy of governance subjects.In the process of building a smart community,community governance is gradually getting rid of the traditional governance model.All governance subjects can quickly and easily participate in community governance through information channels.The transformation from a single subject to a multi-subject is the general trend.Issues that need urgent research at present.As an inland city in the northwest,Yinchuan is seizing opportunities in the new round of information revolution and actively promoting the construction of smart cities and smart communities.It has a certain representative throughout the country in terms of smart community construction content,construction mode,and collaborative governance.Based on this,this paper intends to take Jinfeng District,the main bearing place of smart community construction in Yinchuan City,as the object,using collaborative governance theory,literature research method and in-depth interview method to study the collaborative governance of smart community.This paper finds that although the collaborative governance of smart communities in Jinfeng District has achieved certain results,due to the imperfect collaborative governance structure in the process of promoting the collaborative governance of smart communities in the district,the main body is absent,and the collaborative governance platform is not fully connected,resulting in the lack of functions.,The lack of innovation in the collaborative governance guarantee mechanism,there are still outstanding problems such as the lack of awareness of co-governance by the main body of smart community governance,the insufficient development of the vertical and horizontal structure of collaborative governance of smart communities,and the lack of smooth collaborative governance of smart communities.Put forward policy recommendations to clarify governance goals,unify subjective understanding,tap social resources,improve governance structure,rationalize governance mechanism,and form a stable and co-governance situation.
