Research On The Problems Of Volunteer Service Organizations Participating In Community Governance

In the current context of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing",the governance model of the community is gradually changing,the content and form of governance are becoming more and more complex,the traditional governance model with the problems of government as a single subject,information blockage,and lack of governance mechanism has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the modernization of the current governance model.The top-down management model and service system are stretched in the face of the diversified needs of community stakeholders,and community governance requires the cooperation and co-governance of multiple subjects.With the modernization and development of governance system and capabilities,the academic community’s research on volunteer service organizations has gradually increased.In the process of community governance,based on the practical use of academic research to find the participation model of volunteer service organizations,and promote the steady improvement of the quality of community governance.This paper collates and analyzes the research status of volunteer service organizations,community governance,volunteer service organizations participating in community governance at home and abroad,and gives corresponding comments;after clarifying the relevant concepts of community,community governance,volunteer service organizations.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and cooperative governance,the author’s hometown Of Zhoucun District of Zibo City is selected for research,and the research object is the specific participation method of specific districts and counties,and provides reference value for volunteer service organizations to participate in community governance through research.Through questionnaire surveys,semi-structured interviews,participatory observation and other research methods,the current situation of volunteer service organizations participating in community governance in Zhoucun District was deeply analyzed.The common problems existing in the participation of volunteer service organizations in community governance were summarized,which were mainly summarized as the content of volunteer service organizations’ participation in community governance was not in-depth,resources were insufficient,and management was not standardized aspects of the problem.Then analyze the causes of the problem,summarized as three reasons such as inaccurate division of responsibility,insufficient integration of resources,and imperfect management mechanism.Targeted summaries and refinements of countermeasures to strengthen the participation of volunteer service organizations in the construction of community governance systems,resource guarantees,and mechanism improvements have been summarized and refined.
