Research On Service Supply And Demand Of Community Elderly Care Institutions

At present,the aging of population has become a prominent problem worldwide.Since entering the new century,the problem of aging population in China has been worsening,and the pressure of pension service has been increasing.In addition,there is an increasing number of empty-nesters,disabled and semi-disabled elderly in China’s aging population,resulting in a huge demand for pension,medical care and other health services,which poses a more difficult challenge to the construction of China’s pension system.In this context,China’s central and even local governments at all levels have been exploring the construction of pension system,the development of effective pension service model,and actively respond to the aging of the population.Therefore,according to the actual pension needs,making more scientific pension planning and improving the supply capacity of pension services is the focus of local towns or regions to promote the development of pension services.It is of great significance to improve the quality of regional pension services and realize the "old-age care,old-age care".In 2018,Hangzhou issued the "Implementation Plan for the Pilot Work of Home Care and Institutional Care Service Reform",which proposed to basically establish an old-age service system covering both urban and rural areas by 2025.Since the implementation of the plan,a series of explorations have been made in Hangzhou and some results have been achieved.However,due to the lack of perfect institutional system and suitable for the local actual supply and demand model of old-age service,the supply and demand of old-age service do not match.The main performance is:the supply of basic life care gap;For the elderly,disability,empty nest,low-income elderly people and other special difficulties of supply and demand imbalance;Specialization,personalized service is insufficient.These problems seriously affect the sustainable and healthy development of community pension service in small towns.Based on this background,this article take "the community endowment agency problems and countermeasures of service supply and demand" as the theme to explore,will explore the perspective of process focused on xihu district of hangzhou population aging in the process of deepening the endowment service demand matching problem,analysis the present situation of the current hangzhou xihu area the endowment institutions match demand,summarizes the domestic and foreign urban pension institution development pattern and the experience of law,to.explore the regional development,especially the policy level,promote regional endowment institutions diversify pension institution supply and demand matching policy Suggestions.Through the form of field visit and questionnaire survey,this study analyzed the survey results on the basis of re-combing the theoretical literature related to the retirement of the elderly in community institutions.It is found that the current institutional pension service system in Xihu District has some problems in the supply and demand system,such as the contradiction between supply and demand,insufficient medical service level,insufficient construction of medical staff,insufficient infrastructure construction and so on.In view of these problems,combined with my professional knowledge,I put forward some improvement suggestions from pension policy,capital structure,personnel training,infrastructure and cultural construction,so as to improve the quality of local pension service.
