Inspection,the discipline inspection and supervision bureaus at all levels have continuously carried out exploration according to their own actual work of discipline inspection and supervision.This series of beneficial exploration has opened up a new vision for the construction of the party’s style and clean government and anti-corruption work,promoted the national governance to a new height,and provided a solid guarantee for comprehensively deepening the reform.The change of the leadership style and supervision scope of the discipline inspection and supervision post shows the determination and courage of our party’s reform.After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the word "accredited supervision" appeared in the party constitution.Since then,there has been one more way to strictly govern the party,which further clarifies the important position of accredited supervision.The accredited institutions of discipline inspection and supervision play an important role in promoting the comprehensive and strict administration of the party and preventing the abuse of power.In recent years,China has accelerated the pace of supervision system reform,and the research on system research,management mode,how to improve the supervision mode and strengthen the supervision role of discipline inspection institutions is being further refined.In recent years,due to the influence of dual leadership,as well as the lack of ability of some dispatched cadres,the solidification of ideological understanding,or the entanglement of interests,fear of difficulties and strangeness,backward thinking and other factors,the discipline inspection and supervision institutions have not fully played their fundamental supervision function,and there are a series of problems such as ineffective case handling and execution.In this environment,how to make the discipline inspection and supervision agencies play a full supervisory role is the most important problem to be solved.By clarifying their own responsibilities,enriching their work experience,finding out the main reasons and judging the improvement path,the accredited institutions can purify the grass-roots political ecology,improve the grass-roots supervision system,and constantly implement the party’s supervision work.For the discipline inspection and supervision institutions,they can scientifically,effectively and comprehensively carry out the supervision work,and promote the comprehensive and strict party governance work to the vertical direction Deep development is of great significance.The research object of this paper is the performance of G county’s post offices.The paper mainly comes from the problems encountered in the process of the author’s daily work and some thoughts.It makes an in-depth exploration of the current performance status,existing problems and reasons of G county’s discipline inspection and supervision post offices,and produces some unique opinions and views on this research,It is expected to bring some help to the discipline inspection and supervision work of G County in the aspects of changing mode,changing function,changing style and improving performance ability.First of all,Party members and leading cadres of discipline inspection and supervision organs,accredited institutions and departments were organized to have a discussion on the performance of their duties under the supervision of accredited institutions and sent out questionnaires.Through these two ways,we found that the performance problems of accredited institutions mainly include the following aspects:first,the operation is not smooth;second,the personnel thought and team construction need to be improved;third,the supervision is not in place;third,the supervision is not in place The degree of accountability is not enough.Secondly,combined with the discussion materials,the paper analyzes the reasons for the problems,mainly including the system construction is not in place,the enthusiasm of work and learning is not high,the ability of the staff in the post office is lack,and the supervision responsibility is not effectively implemented.Finally,through the establishment of a sound system,improve work practices,strengthen team building,explore intelligent integrated supervision mode and other measures,continuously improve the post’s ability to perform their duties,and then promote the post to play a better supervision effect.
