After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the local commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China will send discipline inspection teams to the party and state organs at the same level and write them into the party constitution.At present,the central and Provincial Posts of discipline inspection and supervision have implemented unified management in an all-round way.The formulation and revision of a series of rules and regulations,such as the regulations of the Communist Party of China on disciplinary sanctions and the party constitution,have pointed out the direction for the posts to perform their duties.With the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,it is particularly important to give full play to the performance efficiency of the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision posts,to make the post supervision become the "probe" of the discipline inspection and supervision organs located in the units,and to make the post become a powerful hand in the inner-party supervision and national supervision.Focusing on the theme of the performance of discipline inspection and supervision post,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of the performance of discipline inspection and supervision post in China by using the methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis.It combs the formation and reform process of the post,the main responsibilities and role positioning of the post.On this basis,it introduces the discipline inspection and supervision group in G district as an example Based on the current situation and main achievements of the post of discipline inspection and supervision in G District,this paper holds that there are some problems in the post of discipline inspection and supervision in G District,such as the system specification is not true,the responsibility positioning is not correct,the supervision and discipline enforcement ability is insufficient,and the supervision and prevention effect is not outstanding,etc.,and analyzes the reasons for the problems,and on the basis of domestic experience,puts forward a perfect system to improve the performance efficiency of the post of discipline inspection and supervision at the grassroots level Some pertinent suggestions are put forward,such as mechanism,change of thought and understanding,enrich the means of fulfilling responsibilities,and improve the ability of the post team,so as to improve the supervision efficiency of the post in an all-round way.
