Research On The Measurement Of The Development Level Of The Industry The Smart Health Care For The Elderly In Shaanxi Province

With the gradual deepening of population aging,traditional old-age care methods can no longer meet the needs of the elderly.In the era of the development of a new generation of information technology,smart health care for the elderly has become an effective means to solve the needs of the elderly.In this paper,from the aspects of policy,macro and micro aspects research angles of industry of smart health care for the elderly.Firstly,using policy text data to analyze the impact of policies on industrial development from the perspective of supply-oriented policies,demand-oriented policies,and environmental policies,combined with the P-TRM model to integrate and analyze the impact of policies on industrial development.And combined with PEST analysis model to analyze the status quo of industrial development.Secondly,Using macro data,the index system is constructed from the three dimensions of industrial development foundation,supply side and demand side,so as to have a more comprehensive measurement of industrial development.Finally,Using micro data,building a structural equation model to measure the development of the industry from the six dimensions of children’s support,the elderly’s understanding,the elderly’s health status,the elderly’s demand structure,market potential,and promotion efforts,and put forward relevant suggestions.The results show that,(1)Policies have a positive effect on industrial development.Policies have a positive role in promoting the formation of industrial chains and the development of products and services,but the types of policy tools are unevenly distributed.(2)Industrial policies are mainly related to the overall development of the industry,and less consideration is given to the industrial model.(3)The level of industrial development is showing an upward trend.Government departments,social forces,and the level of economic development all play a positive role in the development of the industry.(4)The degree of child support has an impact on the development of the industry.The higher the children’s support for the industry,the more beneficial it is to the development of the industry.(5)The situation of the elderly has an impact on the development of the industry.The demand structure,understanding and health status of the elderly have an impact on the development of the industry.This article puts forward relevant suggestions on promoting industrial development: Putting forward relevant suggestions,such as optimizing and adjusting policy tools;optimizing and adjusting industrial models;creating a smart health care for the elderly atmosphere;clarifying the elderly needs of the elderly care;and increasing the intensity of industry promotion.
