A Study On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Home-based Elderly Care Service In Rural Areas Of Jinan

With the rapid development of economy,China’s urbanization process is speeding up,and the demand for labor force in cities is increasing,which leads to the continuous transfer of young and middle-aged labor force in rural areas to cities.Many families break the three generations of living style,and the family structure has gradually moved towards miniaturization.This phenomenon not only alleviates the aging phenomenon in cities,but also makes agriculture The problem of village hollowing out and aging is becoming more and more serious.Jinan is currently in the stage of moderate aging,with large-scale,rapid growth,imbalance and other characteristics.With the increasing lack of care resources of single supply subjects,the daily care needs of the elderly living alone,the elderly and the empty nest elderly are increasing rapidly.Under the background that the current rural social security system is not perfect,the social pension system can not fully cover rural areas,and the rural community pension resources are scarce,so it is urgent to explore a new pension model suitable for solving the problem of rural elderly pension in China.As a new type of social pension model,home-based pension is proposed under the background of rapid development of population aging.As a new pension model,it combines family pension and social pension organically,and is inseparable from China’s basic national conditions and traditional family concepts.It is the continuation and innovation of traditional family pension,and becomes an overwhelming choice for rural areas to provide for the aged Choose.In this paper,through literature research and field research,on the basis of the relevant analysis of domestic and foreign scholars,we choose the rural elderly in R district of Jinan City as the survey object,through the regression analysis of the collected data with SPSS software,To judge whether the individual characteristics,family characteristics and economic characteristics of the elderly will have an impact on the willingness of the rural elderly to choose home-based elderly care services,and on this basis,give reasons.The results of this study are as follows:(1)gender,age and marital status are the variables that have significant relationship with the choice of daily care service demand.All of them had a positive relationship with the needs of daily life care services.(2)Medical service is one of the most needed home-based care services for the elderly in rural areas.The variables that have a significant relationship with the choice of medical services are age,self-care level and income,which are all positively related to the demand for medical services.(3)The variables of gender,age,occupation,marital status and living status are significantly related to the needs of the elderly in rural areas.Among them,marital status,which represents family characteristics,has the most significant impact,and has a reverse change with the demand for spiritual comfort services;gender,age,and living conditions are the next three variables.Gender variables and spiritual comfort demand are positive,and age,living conditions and spiritual comfort demand are negative.Finally,based on the problems found in the research and the results obtained,this paper puts forward its own suggestions for the better development of home-based elderly care service in Jinan.In the future development,it also needs the cooperation of the state,market,society and family to take a series of measures to jointly promote the development of rural home-based elderly care service,and constantly improve the deficiencies and regulations exposed in its development Avoid possible risks,so as to formulate reasonable and effective development strategies,improve the quality of rural home-based elderly care services,promote its sustainable development,and better solve the problem of elderly care in rural areas.
