| Population aging is the product of social civilization and progress.There are a large number of elderly people in Wuhan,and the problem of providing for the aged is severe.The traditional model of providing for the aged can not meet the diverse needs of the elderly,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of providing for the aged is becoming more and more prominent.With the rapid progress of science and technology and the popularization of the Internet,the "Internet +" home-based aged care model assisted by the Internet technology can bring more accurate,convenient,efficient,caring and personalized services compared with the traditional home-based aged care model,so it is becoming an effective way to cope with the current aging population.From the perspective of demand,this study analyzes the factors that affect the demand of the elderly in Wuhan for the "Internet +" home-based aged care service,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the participation and enthusiasm of the elderly for the "Internet +" home-based aged care service and how to optimize the service quality.In order to improve the willingness of the elderly to participate in the "Internet+" home-based aged care service,so that more people are willing to participate in this service,enjoy higher quality aged care services,enable the elderly to have a higher quality of old age life,and strive to effectively alleviate the pressure of the state and society on aged care.In order to reveal the demand characteristics of the elderly for "Internet +" home-based aged care services and examine the key factors affecting these needs,this paper makes a detailed study from two aspects: service demand and influencing factors by means of literature analysis,sampling survey and quantitative analysis.According to the existing literature and theoretical basis,the questionnaire is designed and completed,and the questionnaire is distributed to collect the relevant data of the elderly’s demand for home-based aged care services in Internet +.The data are deeply analyzed by using statistical analysis methods,including factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.The results show that the elderly’s demands for home-based aged care services in "Internet +" are diversified,including daily life services,medical and health services,spiritual comfort services,etc.These demands are easily influenced by many factors,such as age,health status,economic conditions,understanding of home-based aged care services in "Internet +",psychological expectations of home-based aged care services in "Internet +",and external influences.In the objective conditions of individual and family situation,income,educational background and age are the factors that have great influence on demand.In terms of individual subjectivity,the perception of services is the most important factor affecting the demand,and improving the expectation and experience of the elderly for "Internet +" home care services is the key to meet their service needs.In addition,the degree of understanding of services and the degree of relevant external influence can also have a significant impact on demand,which interact with each other and promote individual perception,and jointly have an influence on the demand for "Internet +" home care services. |
