A Study On The Performance Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organs At The County Level From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Service-oriented government,as a new kind of government governance concept,became an academic hotspot in recent years,all the experts and scholars have tried to use advocated the spirit of enterprise,market-oriented "new public management theory",advocated coordination and integration of "integrity management" and claims by citizens as the center,pay attention to the "new public service theory" of democratic theory of service-oriented government is proved according to the connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis and practical significance.The discipline inspection organs at the county level play an indispensable role in promoting the central work of economic construction.The full implementation of the discipline inspection function can effectively promote the building of party conduct and integrity,improve the government’s administrative efficiency and strengthen its administrative capacity in accordance with the law,so as to promote the completion and improvement of a service-oriented government and ultimately better serve the people.The purpose of this study is to discuss the problems faced by county-level discipline inspection organs in the course of performing their duties under the perspective and goal of service-oriented government,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.At the same time,the paper analyzes the internal logical connection between the performance of the county discipline inspection organs and the construction of a service-oriented government.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part is to define the concepts of service-oriented government and discipline inspection;The second part is to analyze the problems existing in the work of party and government organs and cadres in taishun county.The third part is to analyze the problems and reasons of the discipline inspection organs in taishun county.The fourth part is to discuss how to improve the performance of the county discipline inspection organs from the perspective of service-oriented government.
