| The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core adopt the important reforming act that the discipline inspection accredited institutions should be implanted as integral parts of the discipline inspection and supervision system.Facing new opportunities and missions,how to improve the post supervision and management mechanism is an important issue.By far,there is no nationwide regulation framework accredited agency of discipline inspection.The inspection work have to refer to related laws and regulation.There for,the study of accredited agency of discipline inspection’s supervision and its functionality performing is of vital importance.By using literature research.survey research,system analysis,this paper elaborates the basis theory of accredited agency of discipline inspection.Through the research and analysis of the data and cases that can summarize the current supervision and management mechanism in the daily work of the discipline inspection and supervision agencies,we discovered the common problems in the supervision and management mechanism under the impacts of institutional,cultural and incentive factors.Moreover,put forward the corresponding suggestions to optimize the supervision and management mechanism of the agencies in terms of exploring multi-channel supervision under the unified leadership system,strengthening cultural construction and promoting scientific incentive.By analyzing the actual situation and data of accredited agency of discipline inspection in H Province,this paper also raises the possible problems exist in the mechanism design,institution structure,personnel management and practical suggestions.This research has positive effect on deepening the reform of accredited agency of discipline inspection in H Province. |
