RMP Model Study On The Value Of Outdoor Outreach Training Experience For Anhui Enterprises From The Perspective Of Cultural Tourism Integration

In the context of the new era of cultural tourism integration and immersive experiences,outdoor development training,as a new type of cultural product,is playing an active role in regional tourism economic development,cultural industry development,corporate training and career development,citizen quality education,and social progress.This study examines the integration of the enterprise external development training industry and the cultural tourism industry in Anhui Province,based on social data.First,relevant core concepts are defined,and relevant references are collected and collated to analyze the corporate outdoor expansion training industry.Secondly,using scientific quantitative analysis,the RMP model,an important theory in regional tourism,is coupled with the five-dimensional experience value model in experience value,and the resource element(R),market element(M),and product element(P)of corporate outdoor training in Anhui Province are fully analyzed.The study has identified that corporate outdoor outreach training has undergone four major development stages,resulting in four different models with distinct characteristics.Based on the RMP model,the study concluded that Anhui Province has a significant advantage in terms of its rich and unique cultural tourism resources,as well as local characteristics in terms of business supply and audience demand.However,the combination and transformation of cultural resources and products is not strong,resulting in low-price competition despite the rising creative added value of new immersive product design.Given the identified issues with outdoor training for enterprises in Anhui Province,this paper proposes recommendations based on the five-dimensional experience value model,focusing on five critical aspects: social value,emotional value,cognitive value,individual experience,and sensory needs.First,it is crucial to standardize the definition of concepts,make reasonable offers,balance time and energy,and quantify wisdom training to improve the social value of outdoor training.Second,creating a special culture and promoting rural revitalization can enhance the emotional value of the experience,along with deep non-heritage experiences.Third,developing individual experiences that give self-identity,integrate team spirit,and strengthen subject responsibility can enhance cognitive value.Fourth,establishing an industry alliance,promoting industry self-regulation,paying attention to talent cultivation,and tapping professional consultants can improve the individual experience.Finally,segmenting sensory needs,highlighting brand differences,creating a strong atmosphere,and benchmarking film and television games can enhance the sensory value of outdoor training.By implementing these recommendations,enterprise outdoor training can serve as a means of corporate team culture construction,team cohesion improvement,and employees’ high experience value products.Moreover,by integrating tourism,sports,education,and culture,it can become a new cultural activity product of cultural tourism and physical integration,promoting the cultural tourism industry to pan-entertainment,customization,and immersion.
