| Rural culture revitalization is a most important part of the strategy of rural revitalization,is the "root" and "soul" of rural revitalization.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed to implement the strategy of rural culture revitalization,rural culture revitalization has received unprecedented attention.But the rural culture revitalization is a long-term and complex work.From the actual exploration in our country,the rural culture revitalization faces the multiple tensions of the "private" culture and the "public" village culture,“local endogenous” culture and “external supply” culture,the “new” and the “old” culture.Moreover,the rural grassroots Party organizations are generally weak in governing ability,coupled with insufficient consciousness of mass participation,These reasons and background hinder the promotion of rural cultural revitalization.In order to make the values advocated by the Party and the state deeply rooted in the hearts of the people in rural areas,to let the masses obtain more abundant cultural resources,and to better improve the spiritual outlook of hundreds of millions of rural people,the Communist Party of China as the ruling party in the vast rural areas through the construction of rural grassroots party organizations to lead the revitalization of rural culture is particularly important.By selecting Xiao Gan Xiang Village in Macheng City,Hubei Province as a case study,this paper comprehensively adopts case analysis,semi-structured interview,participatory observation and other methods to try to show how the rural grass-roots Party organizations in Xiao Gan Xiang Village resolve the tension of rural culture by self-construction,and then how to lead the revitalization of rural culture.One is the construction of family tradition.This part explains that the rural grass-roots party organizations absorb the clan directors into the Party organization and then "rebuild" and cultivate them,so that their behavior driving force gradually changes from clan members to rural people and party members.The clan directors with transformed and integrated identities dissolve the cultural tension between the "private" family and the "public" village in the way of explaining traditional family culture,so as to lead the construction of fine family traditions.The second is the shaping of folk customs.This part explains that rural grassroots Party organizations adopt different strategies to directly manage Party members and non-directly manage Party members by means of identity absorption,which mainly strengthens the party spirit thoughts of rural intellectuals such as retired teachers,and makes their behavioral driving force change from passive or superficial consciousness to systematic and institutionalized consciousness.The rural intellectuals who have been strengthened in the party spirit resolve the tension of local culture through their own cultural cohesion and lead the shaping of simple folk customs.The third is the creation of rural style.This part expounds that the rural grass-roots party organizations realize actual effective organizational operation by integrating the rural cultural personnel including but not limited to the clan directors,retired teachers,rural artists and so on--the establishment of the rural council.Through the organizational operation of the rural cultural personnel,they give full play to their abilities to resolve the tension between the old and the new culture and lead the creation of civilized village style in the way of cultural transformation.Through analysis and induction,it is found that the Party building leads the revitalization of rural culture in the following three ways.The first is to absorb clan directors into the Party,the second is to absorb and strengthen the party spirit thought of rural intellectuals through identity,and the third is to organize the operation of rural intellectuals through behavior absorption.This paper summarizes the core mechanism of the party building leading the rural culture revitalization--the party-rural intellectuals--rural culture connection mechanism formed in the process of the party obtaining and exercising the cultural leadership.At the end of the article,based on the multiple structural tension existing in the revitalization of rural culture and the theoretical findings,the following three countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.First,give full play to the role of rural intellectuals,the core "intermediary" of rural culture revitalization,in the construction and revitalization of rural culture.Second,while giving full play to the role of rural intellectuals,we should fully mobilize and guide the masses to actively participate in the construction and revitalization of rural culture.Third,we should pay attention to grasp and exercise the cultural leadership of the Party. |
