Since the beginning of the 21 st century,Chinese public welfare organizations have risen rapidly,but few public welfare brands are known.Compared with foreign well-known public welfare organizations’ brand construction,the brand maintenance of Chinese public welfare organizations is particularly weak.As a non-profit and non-governmental third sector of society,public welfare organizations play a role in regulating market failure and government failure.Therefore,Chinese public welfare organizations need to realize the importance of brand building.A good visual image design can help the special social organizations to better convey the concept of public welfare and expand their visibility and influence.At the same time,with the development and progress of the society,the era we live in has gradually become a pluralistic inclusive society.People are more and more familiar with and respected the concepts of gender equality,and anti-gender discrimination has gradually become a hot topic of social concern.The prevalence and wide range of influence of gender bias makes many people grow up following gender bias imperceptibly.It is of great significance for people to realize the influence of gender bias,bravely safeguard their own rights and interests,and break free from the bondage brought by gender bias.This paper mainly takes the brand of "anti-gender bias" as the main design subject,and combines the development of the brand image of domestic and foreign public welfare organizations to design a series of visual images of public welfare organizations.Through the understanding of the research background and the analysis of the public welfare concept of the public welfare organization to determine its brand positioning;Secondly,according to the brand positioning and brand vision,the basic visual identity system is designed,including the basic part and the application part.A set of professional standard visual image design can not only enhance the brand reputation,create a good public welfare brand image in the public eye,but also provide a strong support for the dissemination of the concept and purpose of public welfare brands,let more people understand the concept of gender bias,promote the progress of gender equality in social status,and actively promote the development of public welfare undertakings.To realize the brand value of public welfare organizations and better play their social effectiveness.
