Research On The Design Of Intelligent Medical Robot Based On Service Design

Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and 5g+ to promote hospital development new mode to the wisdom of medical logistics service system;Combined with the impact of social environment,transportable medical robots are widely used in hospital logistics due to their convenience,intelligence,and safety.The current research on medical robots in terms of service intelligence,application inclusiveness,and user experience is incomplete.Based on the concept of service design and using intelligent medical robots as the carrier,this article explores how to effectively apply service design to it,and explores the embodiment of humanization,emotion,and friendliness in robot design step by step.Analyze the research content such as human-computer contact and operating experience from a multi-dimensional perspective of users,and establish a Kano model of key factors and satisfaction data for users’ perception of such products;Conduct product design research using inclusive design methods to meet the needs of medical and patient users in terms of service experience,alleviate the delivery pressure and service intensity of medical personnel,and improve the efficiency and quality of modern medical services.By investigating the current situation of hospital logistics and transportation systems,studying the advantages and disadvantages of hospital transportation services,and exploring the application prospects of medical robots.Based on the survey data of existing medical robots,the shortcomings of medical robot design in China are considered.Led by research on service design concepts,investigate the use needs and pain points of target users,analyze transmission processes,service contacts,and output product service blueprints.From the perspective of user experience,propose design strategies for intelligent medical robots,optimize the functions and structures of robots using inclusive design methods,improve product service processes,and propose design strategies for establishing an interactive platform between users and hospitals.To achieve the people-oriented service goal of product design,provide technical basis for the design and development of smart medical products,and provide new ideas for improving the quality of medical services in modern society.
