Currently,the aging population is a challenge that countries around the world are facing.The deepening of population aging means a decrease of the social fertility rate and an increase of the average age of the population.The increase in the proportion of elderly population is also becoming an increasingly evident in China,and with the improvement of people’s living standards,the pursuit high quality of care life by the elderly has also increased.The current elderly care service system is facing some challenges,and pay attention to the optimizing and improving the social problem was urgently.The pension institutions in our country are mainly facing the following problems:(1)The social pension institutions can provide high quality of care services,but service cost is too expensive,and exceeding the affordability of most elderly people.However,the nursing homes established by the government have lagged behind the needs of the elderly.(2)The establishment of pension institutions and the lack of relevant facilities could not provide enough needs of the elderly.Especially in some remote areas and densely populated areas,the pension institutions can not provide professional medical services.(3)The services provided by some institutions were too simple,such as the unprofessional of staffs,the unstable of service quality,which may affect the high quality of life care services.(4)The social pension institutions lack of social identity.The elderly people and their family members are lack of awareness of pension institutions,and the 1 understanding and trust of pension institutions were insufficiently.Researchers conducted numerous studies to solve these problems.With the rapid development of science and technology,mobile devices have been widely used in the daily life.It is a feasible path to combine the mobile devices with mass data,internet of things and other technologies to develop a multifunctional intelligent elderly care service robot.It is a possible way to provide differentiated,high quality,timely and efficiently elderly care services for different groups.Integrate nursing services,health management,emotional companionship and other into the pension service robot to create a 24-hours standby "nanny".If it can be popularized,it can not only complete the pension service,reduce the burden of the elderly,but also greatly reduce the cost of human resources,and popularize high-quality pension services in the society.The government pay great attention to the researches and development of related industries,and has issued relevant policy support such as the "Robot Industry Development Plan 2016-2020".Based on the studies and analysis of development of local and foreign pension institutions,the related theories of service robots,emotional design theory and some key technologies such as mass data,internet of things,human-computer interaction,and designed a service robot based on Pad for elderly users.As a frontline worker in a nursing home,the author combined the own work experience,user survey,demand analysis,design definition and design practice,and carried out a systematic design for the elderly’s high needs,such as life care,emergency help,health management and other functions.In conclusion,the author has carried out a detailed description and analysis of the characteristics of the elderly in the nursing home,committed to grasp the core pain points of users,detailed the service scenes,and solve the actual problems of the elderly group.The prototype test of this design has also received positive feedback,which has a high practical significance for the improvement of services in pension institutions. |
