In recent years,the state emphasizes the construction of campus culture,and strengthening the research and practice of college culture communication is conducive to the implementation and promotion of campus culture construction.The existing college culture communication has formed a three-dimensional communication ecology,and the new media represented by short video is becoming the mainstream communication channel,but because many people get information in fragmented form,it is difficult to form a complete cognition of college culture,and the problems of college culture communication have gradually appeared with the upgrade of cultural communication carriers.As service design is gradually becoming the choice of innovative practices in various industries and organizations,universities are also one of the service design application scenarios.In addition to the expansion of the application scope of service design,the concept of user-centered design continues to deepen,moving the communication chain forward and studying the design of service touchpoints for new students in colleges and universities based on user perception.The study firstly composes the timeline of college culture service,determines the research stage as freshmen entrance stage,introduces user perception after selecting representative contacts,and proposes the design process of college freshmen entrance service contacts from the perspective of user perception.Finally,Wuhan University of Science and Technology is selected as the research object and the design practice is carried out according to this design process.The design obtained user perception preference information by semantic difference method;at the same time,it obtained university culture information through user interview and filtered out culture perception influencing factors;finally,it analyzed the matching relationship between user perception preference factors and university culture information through gray correlation and transformed the analysis results into design.Finally,the perception measurement is carried out on the design scheme of college freshmen entrance service contact to verify the feasibility of the design process of college freshmen entrance service contact from the perspective of user perception,and to verify the feasibility of the perception matching model.The solution that passed the perception test will be applied practically,user feedback will be collected,and the design process will be further optimized according to the feedback results.The research process explores the touchpoints in college freshman admission service,verifies the effective role of user perception for the design process of college freshman admission service touchpoints,and conducts design research from individual touchpoints,whose conclusions can provide a concrete and feasible design process for the design of college freshman admission service touchpoints. |
