Research On The Ancient Characters Including The Character "Zhou"

There are many ancient characters materials,and there are many relevant achievements in the academic community,but there are few research results dedicated to certain radical.Zhou as an important means of transportation,the words including the character Zhou(舟)composed of it is an important part of ancient characters,and the study of words including the character Zhou(舟)is to study certain radical of the ancient characters,which is helpful for further exploration of ancient characters.Combining various ancient characters materials,a total of 59 words including the character Zhou(舟),such as Zhou(舟)and Zhen(朕)(not excluding variant form of a Chinese character)were obtained.After analysis,it was found that these 59 words including the character Zhou(舟)have the following characteristics: in configuration of the character,the shape of Zhou(舟)has changed from the initial form to the basic fixed complete Zhou on the left;In terms of structure,words including the character Zhou(舟)changed from associative characters to phonogram characters as the main one;In the meaning,it has changed from a single meaning to a rich meaning.The evolution law of ancient characters in words including the character Zhou(舟)in configuration of the character is mainly expressed in the shape and the structure of the Chinese and strokes: the evolution law of the shape and the structure of the Chinese includes four types:simplification and complication,assimilation and variation,differentiation and standardization and pictophoneticization;complication is also manifested the increase of decorative strokes,including the increase of the round point,the addition of the short horizontal and the addition of the shape 八.The ancient characters in words including the character Zhou(舟)text derives three sense groups from the basic meaning of boat,namely the name of the ship,the components of the ship,and the movements related to the ship.
