In the past two years,the development of online teaching has advanced by leaps and bounds,and different teaching models have emerged one after another,which have alleviated some of the teaching problems faced in the post-epidemic era,but shortcomings still exist,such as the physical and mental health problems of students caused by time difference,the reduction of Chinese input and output after losing the real classroom,and the limitations of the assessment and evaluation system.The author used the online synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode of "asynchronous self-learning-synchronous interactive explanation-asynchronous practice consolidation" during the internship with the teacher,and summarized the unique advantages of online teaching compared with other modes through practice,investigation and analysis.At present,the research on online teaching mainly focuses on the combination of online and offline and a single online live teaching mode,and the online synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode is not paid enough attention,so the author conducts research on the synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode through the satisfaction of this model,the advantages of the model,and the bottleneck of model development.This article is divided into six main chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly includes the research background,literature review,research content and methods.The second chapter is an introduction to the online synchronous asynchronous model,which mainly elaborates from the conceptual definition,implementation process and characteristics of the online synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode.Chapter 3 is the satisfaction survey analysis of online synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode,mainly including the design and implementation of questionnaires,the design and implementation of interviews,and the statistical analysis of survey results.Chapter 4 is the advantages of synchronous and asynchronous hybrid teaching mode.Chapter 5 is the existing shortcomings and improvement of the synchronous and asynchronous hybrid teaching model.The final chapter is the conclusion.This study used SPSS to analyze the survey results by conducting questionnaires and in-depth interviews with international students who received the synchronous and asynchronous hybrid teaching mode,confirming that students were highly satisfied with the model,exploring the advantages of the model,alleviating mental health caused by jet lag,meeting students’ individual learning needs,and improving classroom learning concentration.Alleviate network speed lag,improve live broadcast effect,reduce data consumption,and reduce learning costs.According to the survey results,the online synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode is further optimized to break the shackles of online teaching.The author hopes that through this study,more people can understand this novel online synchronous asynchronous hybrid teaching mode and contribute to the international Chinese online teaching.
