| In 2020,the global COVID-19 situation will be severe.In order to ensure the normal development of Chinese language teaching,Chinese language teaching in major universities will be conducted online.However,the virtual space constructed by online Chinese language teaching has lost its target language environment.We need to investigate and study the learning strategies adopted by international students in the online teaching mode.This article takes international students majoring in Chinese language at the School of International Education,Qingdao University as the research object.Based on the actual needs of the research,the Oxford Language Learning Strategy Scale is adapted to develop a survey questionnaire suitable for this study.SPSS 24.0 is used to statistically analyze the questionnaire data,in order to understand the online learning strategy characteristics of international students majoring in Chinese language,as well as their gender,online Chinese learning duration The relationship between the region and target language environment and the use of learning strategies,and the comparison of differences in the use of learning strategies by international students under different online and offline teaching modes.The paper is divided into three parts: introduction,main text,and conclusion.The introduction section is the first chapter,which explains the research background,purpose and significance,research methods,and relevant research reviews at home and abroad of the paper;The main body consists of Chapters 2 to 4,which mainly introduce the survey design and analyze the collected data.It discusses the use of online learning strategies by Chinese language major international students and the correlation analysis of learning strategies,and compares the differences in the use of learning strategies by international students under different online and offline teaching modes;The conclusion section is Chapter 5,which proposes suggestions from both Chinese language teaching and international student work in universities based on the data analysis results.The research results indicate that among the six types of learning strategies,Chinese language major international students use emotional strategies the most frequently,followed by cognitive,metacognitive,social,and memory strategies.Compensation strategies are the least commonly used by international students;There is no statistically significant difference in gender factors in the dimension of learning strategies,while region,online Chinese learning duration,and target language environment affect the use of learning strategies;The frequency of using emotional strategies among international students in online mode significantly increases,while the frequency of using social strategies slightly decreases. |
