| This study mainly revised the measuring tools suitable for examining the anger expression of primary school students and explored the intervention effect of anger expression of primary school students,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for school mental health education.In study 1,students in primary schools were selected as subjects,and State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory 2 was revised to meet the understanding level of primary school students,so as to prepare for the evaluation of intervention effects.In study 2,mental health class was used to intervene the anger level and anger expression of the third grade students in primary school.A mental health lesson based on positive psychology was designed,and the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory 2 revised in Study 1 was used for pre-test and post-test.To investigate the influence of this course on the anger level and anger expression of the third grade students.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The revised State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory 2 has good reliability.2.The revised State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory 2 has good validity.3.Compared with the control group,the mental health class intervention significantly reduced the anger level and anger expression of the experimental group.This indicates that the positive emotion as the content of mental health class can effectively regulate the level of anger and anger expression of primary school students in the third grade.According to the current research results,the author puts forward three educational suggestions.First of all,schools should appoint full-time mental health teachers to carry out mental health classes in a planned and targeted way.Set up mental health room,add psychological mailbox,to meet the psychological needs of students,do early attention,early detection,early classification and early intervention.Secondly,teachers should pay attention to the psychological dynamics of students in the class,use scientific scales to evaluate students’ anger level and anger expression methods,use group counseling to intervene in students’ emotional state,and treat students with positive,open and appreciative eyes.Thirdly,students’ parents should learn the relevant knowledge of mental health in family education,pay attention to students’ daily state,and timely channel bad emotions.It is suggested to carry out parent-child activities regularly in the family to help students gain more positive emotions and form a positive and optimistic attitude. |
