The happiness of primary and secondary school teachers feel the influence of various factors,particularly relevant for the enthusiasm of the teachers and,happy teachers determines their mental health level and teaching quality of high and low and stability of the team of teachers. The survey results show that 80% of the teachers work pressure is particularly large,close to 30% of the teachers have the situation of job burnout. Especially in the moment,when "you are happy" this topic is being discussed again, when the "happiness" is more and more attention from all walks of life, the sense of well-being of teachers, how to naturally be concerned about.In view of the current background of the times, and positive psychology in the field of teacher research and development, this study also take this as the foundation, research on Teachers’ sense of happiness, prepared in accordance with psychological measurement science teachers happy feeling questionnaire; the happiness of teachers are conducted a survey on the status investigation; put forward countermeasures to improve the teachers’ sense of happiness. This research draws the following conclusion through the questionnaire and the survey of the current situation of the teachers’ happiness:(1) the dimensions of the questionnaire of the primary and middle school teachers’ happiness are as follows: life satisfaction, health status, comprehensive compensation, environmental suitability and family support.(2) happiness for primary and secondary school teachers in this study are the coefficient of internal consistency of the questionnaire was 0.795, each of the sub dimensions of reliability coefficient also was above 0.7, validity through the analysis reached standard so the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(3) the first sense, there are significant gender differences in the total scores of the questionnaire, life satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers in second, in the sense of happiness; the scores of life satisfaction,environment suitable for the scores of significant differences in marital status on the happiness of the teachers in primary and secondary schools,including married primary and secondary school teachers in the environment the suitable dimension was higher than that of primary and secondary school teachers in the unmarried,life satisfaction and the total score of the questionnaire was significantly lower than that of primary and secondary school teachers unmarried; third, the annual income of 20 thousand yuan in primary and secondary school teachers in the questionnaire score, health status and family support was significantly higher than the annual income of 2-5 million yuan in the primary and middle school teachers,and in the life satisfaction and total compensation is significantly lower than that of primary and secondary school teachers in the annual income of 2-5 million. |
