Anger is a kind of interpersonal emotion.It is also a negative emotion that individuals often experience,but it is not easy to express.A great change has taken place in the living environment of children aged 6-7.All of a sudden,the protected children will immediately become primary school students who must independently complete their learning tasks and undertake certain social obligations,all of which will promote the qualitative leap of children's psychological production.Among them,the junior primary school students are in Jean Piaget put forward the “concrete calculation stage(7-11 years old)” in psychological development stage theory.At this time,the children are separated from heteronomy and enter the interpersonal stage.The children's emotions are becoming more and more mature.Their actions and emotions are no longer concentrated on themselves,but tend to focus on the exchange with their peers.As a result,junior primary school students' anger increases significantly,and even aggressive behaviors occur.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the establishment of good interpersonal relationship,the maintenance of mental health,and the smooth transition of junior primary school students whether junior primary school students can effectively deal with anger.However,in the past,the study methods of anger were mainly questionnaire survey,but there were few intervention studies;the main subjects of educational training intervention study were college students,teenagers and drivers,and there studies on primary school students were less,especially the junior students.This study divided the education training into management training and picture book teaching,and discussed the influence of these two education training methods on the junior primary school students' anger expression.It not only enriches the theoretical research of anger,but also had practical significance for the promotion of junior primary school students' anger expression.In this study,junior primary school students were taken as the research objects.The experiment design of the experimental-control group was adopted,and two kinds of education and training methods were used: management training and picture book teaching,including experiment group A,experiment group B and control group.Among them,experimental group A used Zhang Yaru(2009)anger picture book teaching method,experimental group B used Novaco(1977)and Zhang Wenwan(2012)anger management training,and the control group did not treat.This study used the anger expression questionnaire compiled by Zhang Wenwan(2012)to investigate the junior primary school students' anger expression before and after experiment.After 10 interventions,the study showed that:(1)Management training can effectively improve the level of junior primary school students' anger expression;(2)Picture book teaching can effectively improve the level of junior primary school students' anger expression;(3)Variance analysis and multiple comparison between experimental group A,experimental group B and control group showed that compared with management training,picture book teaching had a better promoting effect on improving the level of junior primary school students' anger expression.Conclusion: Picture book teaching had immediate and lasting effect on the improvement of the junior primary school students' anger expression,and the teaching plan had a good promotion value.
