This paper uses the TTHub word-sorting applet to conduct statistical analysis and comparative analysis of the grade distribution,usage frequency and lexical distribution of the words used in the interpretation of the International Chinese Learner’s Dictionary(The Elementary Level)by means of a self-built corpus,using the International Chinese Language Education Chinese Proficiency Standards as a reference basis.Through the examination of the words used in the interpretation of the International Chinese Learner’s Dictionary(The Elementary Level),the following understanding was formed:1.7.661% of all the words used in the International Chinese Learner’s Dictionary(The Elementary Level)exceed the range of the primary word list of the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education.2.Among the words used in the primary level of the International Chinese Learner’s Dictionary(The Elementary Level),the number of Level 3 words is the largest,the number of Level 2 words is the second largest,and the number of Level1 words is the smallest.3.Among the words used in the primary interpretation of the International Chinese Learner’s Dictionary(The Elementary Level),the first-level words are used most frequently and the third-level words are used least frequently.4.The number of nouns is the highest,followed by verbs and adjectives in the International Chinese Learner’s Dictionary(The Elementary Level).
