Nikola Kapustin is a modern composer and pianist with jazz style.He fully integrated classical structure with jazz language and formed his own novel music style.Variations Op.41 is one of his famous piano solo works,which explains Kapustin’s unique musical ideas and aesthetic thoughts.Through analysis,the author thinks that this piece of music not only uses the classical music structure,but also combines a lot of jazz elements such as blues scale,dissonance chord and swing rhythm and his personal jazz creative thinking,which puts high demands on the performer’s music cultivation,music interpretation and playing skills. |
